Returns

We want you to love the art you received. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.

We are happy to replace it with another item or refund the credit card used for the purchase of the item.

Just repack the art in its original packaging (if possible) with the original packing slip and follow these easy steps.

1. Contact our customer service department via email (customerservice@sujaro.com) at any time, or by phone (415-362-6702) between the hours of 9 am and 6pm PST.

For your security, please return your art with an insured carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and retain a receipt. Sujaro is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If your purchase arrives damaged, please save all of the packaging and contact customer service, and we will arrange the return of the damaged item.
